WHAT SARA IS NOT
- A therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. If you have pathological stress, trauma, or diagnosis, she will see you in conjunction with a therapist, but not as a sole method of work.
- She is not a cheerleader. She's not here just to make you feel better. Change is hard. Growth is not always easy. But it's always really, really worth it.
- She does not have a magic wand. You will need to show up and do some work. But once you do? Things tend to move really fast.
