Sara helps people realize it's not too late to figure out something they want and be able to do something about it. Whether it's finding a new job, starting a business, or planning next steps, Sara works with people who want to feel fulfilled and excited by their lives, but aren't sure how to do that or if it's possible for them.
She is the author of the international best-selling book Just Tell Me What I Want. A self-help book for people who are skeptical of self-help books, Just Tell Me What I Want is for anyone who has ever been told to "follow their bliss" and then immediately wanted to punch that person in the face.
She is also a regular contributor for Our Body Book, a website born out of Cameron Diaz's two New York Times bestselling books, The Body Book and The Longevity Book.
Sara loves helping people understand (but, like, really understand) that this doesn’t have to be life. You can climb out of every hole. It might be awkward and uncomfortable at times (in fact, you can probably guarantee it will be), but there’s always a solution. (Even for you.)
WHAT SARA IS NOT
- A therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. If you have pathological stress, trauma, or diagnosis, she will see you in conjunction with a therapist, but not as a sole method of work.
- She is not a cheerleader. She's not here just to make you feel better. Change is hard. Growth is not always easy. But, it's really, really worth it. Also, how much harder can it be than what you're feeling right now?
- She does not have a magic wand. Together, you’ll do good, deep, honest work to find out what’s holding you back, and get crystal clear on what you want and how to get it.
